Choose you’re hard.
This is a question I ask every client I work with: Everyone who works with me is looking to make a change in some way. Whether that change involves body composition, fitness, or health markers, it ultimately comes down to one question: “How hard do I want this to be?”
How hard you train and consistently show up will determine how fit you get—simple!
How hard you restrict energy intake (food) or increase energy expenditure (exercise) determines your rate of fat loss—simple!
How much you focus on getting to bed earlier, saying no to alcohol, and avoiding stressful situations determines your overall health and well-being.
These are very simple principles, but life’s obstacles can make them challenging at times. However, the decision is yours. Never mind what influencers tell you; it’s BS. You can’t have your cake and eat it too—there’s much more to it than that.
So, choose your hard. How hard do you want it to be? Remember, the harder you make it, the more you’ll need to find a way to navigate that challenge within your lifestyle. Ultimately, it’s a personal choice.
