I provide a training environment for people who want to work out free from egos, posers, and pressure. I coach my clients in a friendly community of like-minded individuals who support and motivate each other. You won’t find another personal training experience like it—that’s what keeps people coming back.

With no judgment and no pressure to hit specific numbers, you can simply show up and train. You’ll work out alongside 2–3 other clients who share the same goal: having a good workout. Meanwhile, I, your dedicated personal trainer, will be there to motivate, coach, and ensure that training is enjoyable and never feels like a chore.

My approach to personal training is designed to help you succeed, with up to 20 hours of small group sessions to choose from each week, giving you plenty of flexibility. With the right environment and supportive people around you, you’ll build consistency and find yourself wanting to keep coming back.

You’ll receive 8 small group personal training (SGPT) sessions to use during the trial. Attend any of the available sessions throughout the week, with me, your personal trainer, there to guide and support you, answering any questions you may have. Here’s some FAQ to help get you started:

How do the sessions work?
After your initial screening session, you’ll receive your own personalised training plan. After a warm-up, you’ll start your workout, followed by a cool-down and stretch. Each session lasts 50-60 minutes.

How do I book in?
You’ll book in with me, your coach, at the end of each session. This also gives you the opportunity to ask me any questions.

What if I’m a beginner with no training experience?
My personal training approach is designed to build you up from the ground level, leaving no stone unturned. I work with complete beginners to advanced athletes, and my approach is suitable for all abilities.

What happens at the end of the trial?
At the end of your 8 sessions (21 days), we’ll sit down and discuss your experience. I’ll share my training packages, and we’ll decide what works best for you and your lifestyle. If you decide to continue, you’ll become a valued member of the team and will be warmly welcomed. If it’s not for you, no worries—there’s no hard sell. I’ll thank you for your time, and we’ll part ways on good terms.
