Personal training eliminates uncertainty and second-guessing by answering your questions and making key decisions—whether it’s which exercises to perform, how much activity to include outside the gym, or how to adjust your nutrition to align with your goals and lifestyle.

All clients start with an onboarding 1-1 screening session, where they’re asked questions about their goals, training history, injury history, and lifestyle. This is also an opportunity for them to ask anything about the training approach and philosophy to see if it’s the right fit for them. Worst case? It’s not the right fit—that’s okay! It’s a no-obligation, informal screening session.

After the screening session, all the information required to create a personalised program tailored to their current abilities is collected. The next steps are aimed at keeping the client on track while ensuring they follow their plan with autonomy in mind, fostering open communication and a client centred approach.

Semi private personal training offers the best of both worlds and serves as the foundation of my personal training service. Semi-private is not a fad—it works—and I’ve been developing and delivering my innovative approach to the highest standard for over six years.
I’ve become so efficient in my delivery and so effective with my methods that semi private is now my main service—because I know that working out together is simply better.

I’ve watched it produce excellent results for hundreds of clients. It provides all the right building blocks for long-lasting, real results. To begin with, it's more cost-effective than one-to-one personal training—while still offering all the same benefits. Training alongside 2–3 others, you'll have me, your trainer, coaching you through each session, providing feedback, and helping you feel part of a supportive community. It really is a great training atmosphere. Plus, with sessions running hourly throughout the mornings and evenings, it offers the flexibility people need to train consistently. After all, accountability is key.

All of this adds up to a fitness regime you’re more likely to stick to. And that can only be a good thing.

I’m not a registered dietitian, so I don’t create meal plans. However, I don’t believe meal plans serve most people or help them develop lifelong nutrition skills anyway.

That said, I have coached and helped hundreds of clients achieve their goals. Whether it’s weight loss or building muscle, the right energy balance and lifestyle are all that’s required. I work with clients to discuss practical nutrition strategies. Together, we’ll find solutions and tactics to overcome their challenges and help them achieve their goals.

You’ll receive 8 small group personal training (SGPT) sessions to use during the trial. Attend any of the available sessions throughout the week, with me, your personal trainer, there to guide and support you, answering any questions you may have. Here’s some FAQ to help get you started:

How do the sessions work?
After your initial screening session, you’ll receive your own training plan. After a warm-up, you’ll start your workout, followed by a cool-down and stretch. Each session runs for 50-60 minutes.

How do I book in?
You’ll book in with me, your coach, usually at the end of each session. This also gives you the opportunity to ask me any questions.

What if I’m a beginner with no training experience?
My personal training approach is designed to build you up from the ground level, leaving no stone unturned. I work with complete beginners to advanced athletes, and my approach is suitable for all abilities.

What happens at the end of the trial?
At the end of your 8 sessions (21 days), we’ll sit down and discuss your experience. I’ll share my training packages, and we’ll decide what works best for you and your lifestyle. If you decide to continue, you’ll become a valued member of the team and will be warmly welcomed. If it’s not for you, no worries—there’s no hard sell. I’ll thank you for your time, and we’ll part ways on good terms.
