Personal training eliminates uncertainty and second-guessing by answering your questions and making key decisions—whether it’s which exercises to perform, how much activity to include outside the gym, or how to adjust your nutrition to align with your goals and lifestyle.
All clients start with an onboarding 1-1 screening session, where they’re asked questions about their goals, training history, injury history, and lifestyle. This is also an opportunity for them to ask anything about the training approach and philosophy to see if it’s the right fit for them. Worst case? It’s not the right fit—that’s okay! It’s a no-obligation, informal screening session.
After the screening session, all the information required to create a personalised program tailored to their current abilities is collected. The next steps are aimed at keeping the client on track while ensuring they follow their plan with autonomy in mind, fostering open communication and a client-centered approach.
Clients are always encouraged to assess their perceived effort during each session. If they’re not feeling 100% on a given day, adjustments can be made to work at a pace that feels right for them. This flexible, lifestyle-oriented approach ensures long-term success rather than short-term results that don’t last.

Welcome to Small-Group Personal Training (SGPT). It offers the best of both worlds and serves as the foundation of my personal training service. SGPT is not a fad—it works—and I’ve been developing and delivering my innovative approach to the highest standard for over 5 years now. I’ve watched it produce excellent results for hundreds of clients.
I design each client’s training plan individually, making workouts dynamic to keep them coming back for more. SGPT provides all the right building blocks for long-lasting, real results. To begin with, it’s more cost-effective than one-to-one personal training. Plus, with sessions running on the hour throughout the mornings and evenings, it offers the ideal flexibility people need to train consistently.
All of this adds up to a fitness regime you’re more likely to stick to. And that can only be a good thing.

First and foremost, the training is delivered with a client-centred, compassionate approach to all clients. Everyone who begins training with me often keeps coming back for more, which I attribute to creating the right training environment. I operate in a setting that’s ideal for those who want to train in a relaxed yet focused atmosphere. The private studio/gym based in Leicester offers a unique environment and community that’s hard to find elsewhere.
Whether I’m working with an athlete or a complete beginner, training and coaching are always the top priority. Workouts are fully customised to meet each client’s individual needs and lifestyle. As your dedicated trainer, I’m here to coach, support, and encourage you through every session, answering any questions along the way.
