Meet your coach

I have been doing this for a while—fifteen years, to be precise—which means I’m an experienced personal trainer who has developed the skills and expertise required to help you on your journey. My extensive knowledge in training and practical experience stem from working with a diverse range of clients, each with varying fitness goals, including fitness improvement, weight loss, performance enhancement, and rehabilitation.

What sets me apart from other trainers is my ability to cater to a broad spectrum of clients, from everyday individuals looking to boost their confidence and appearance to professional and amateur athletes, such as golfers, dancers, and powerlifters. This versatility has allowed me to be adaptable and effective not only as a personal trainer but also as a nutritionist, strength and conditioning specialist, and lifestyle coach.

In addition to my practical experience, I enjoy learning and furthering my education. I hold various additional qualifications and CPD in Pilates and sports massage and a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science from Manchester Metropolitan University. These qualifications further enhance my ability to provide comprehensive coaching and support to my clients.

My core objective as a personal trainer is to help each of my clients achieve their goals efficiently and effectively. My coaching environment, located in a private studio/gym in Leicester, is designed to strike a balance between relaxed and focused training, creating the ideal atmosphere for my clients to receive top-quality coaching. My passion for my work is evident in the dedication I bring to helping my clients succeed on their fitness journey.
